At Guest In Residence, we want you to cherish your cashmere for a lifetime. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
